Technical configuration is confirmed only after reviewing your raw material and project requirements.
The electric comprehensive wood crusher processes roundwood, tree roots, branches, waste timber and biomass materials in continuous production. Applicable models cover 1–40 TPH, with a heavy-duty chain-plate feeder for stable high-load conveying. The blade-and-hammer rotor supports efficient cutting, impact resistance and consistent 20–80 mm wood chips.
This industrial wood crusher machine is designed for continuous stationary production where stable feeding, high throughput and consistent wood chips are required.
Fields not supplied are marked TBC and will be confirmed during technical communication.

View project →Material is fed into the machine through the selected feeding system. The processing unit reduces or conditions the material, and the finished product is discharged to the next step. The actual rotor, screen, conveying and power arrangement depends on the selected model.
A stationary electric crusher suits plants with a stable power supply and continuous raw-material flow. The chain-plate feeder is selected for bulky roundwood, roots, slabs and mixed waste timber. Capacity planning must include upstream loading and downstream screening, conveying or storage so the crusher does not become isolated from the rest of the process.
Describe the mix of roundwood, roots, slabs and waste timber, including maximum dimensions.
Provide local voltage, frequency and available transformer capacity.
Define chip size and whether screening, drying or further grinding follows.
