Complete wood pellet production lines are available from approximately 1–20 TPH. The core process covers log chipping, drying, fine grinding and pelletizing. Semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations are planned according to raw material, moisture, target capacity, site and local power conditions.

Plan the complete wood pellet production process
A complete pellet line must balance every stage from raw wood to finished pellets. Chipping capacity, moisture removal, fine grinding and pelletizing output are calculated as one system. Semi-automatic or fully automatic control is selected after reviewing labor, utilities, storage, packaging and the operating schedule.
